Shortly after Nintendo announced this week that it’s developing a live-action The Legend Of Zelda movie, Machine Gun Kelly shared a screengrab of an article to his Instagram Story and insisted that he should be the star. “if I don’t play Link we have a problem,” Kelly wrote, referencing the video-game series’ main character. Kelly is known to be a major Legend Of Zelda fan. He and his fiancée Megan Fox even dressed as Link and Princess Zelda for Halloween last year. The Legend of Zelda will be directed by Wes Ball, known for the Maze Runner trilogy and the upcoming Kingdom Of The Planet Of The Apes. Kelly has long been interested in acting and filming, having already played prominent roles in Bird Box, The Dirt, Project Power, One Way, and his directorial debut, Good Mourning.
