It’s been confirmed that Billie Eilish will be recording the theme for the next film in the James Bond series. This makes her the youngest artist (at 18) to ever perform a James Bond theme, knocking out Sam Smith who recorded ‘Writing’s On The Wall’ for Spectre at only 23 years old.

The 25th sequel in the bond series, starring Daniel Craig, is set to hit theatres on April 10th.

Fans had a hunch before the announcement after they had done some SERIOUS sleuthing to uncover a clue that seemed to lead towards Billie Eilish being the next artist to do the theme.

Cary Fukunaga, the director of the upcoming Bond sequel, No Time To Die, only follows 80 people on Instagram; two of which are Billie Eilish and her brother, FINNEAS (who produces all of Billie’s music as well as his own).

Other artists that have done a James Bond theme include:

Sheryl Crow (Tomorrow Never Dies)

Madonna (Die Another Die)

Jack White / Alicia Keys (Quantum of Solace)

Adele (Skyfall)

Sam Smith (Spectre)
