Ed Sheeran is Being Sued for $100 Million

The new lawsuit filed by Structured Asses Sales claims Ed’s song “Thinking Out Loud” is a complete rip off of Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get it On”.

The lawsuit says Sheeran copies the same melody, rhythms, harmonies, drums, bassline, backing chorus, tempo, syncopation and looping as the 1973 track.

What do you think?

Sheeran has already been sued in a similar vain by one of the song’s original writers (Edward Townsend) heirs, no word as to whether or not the Gaye family will get involved.

During the show, Stefani gave Blake tonnes of attention and even gave a shout out, saying:

“You don’t know what it’s like to be able to wear a cowgirl costume right in front of Blake Shelton. It’s my dream come true. Thanks for sharing this with me.”

She played a solid mix of old and new, tracks from No Doubt and solo ventures, and yes, there was some talk of her ex, Gavin Rossdale.

If you’re hoping to catch Stefani on the strip, her show runs til March 16th, 2019.

The Queen Called in Sick

And she never calls in sick! What is up with Queen Elizabeth II? She was supposed to attend the 200th anniverary of the Order of St. Michael and St. George today but a note from Buckingham Palace said she’s “feeling under the weather today and has decided not to attend.”

There have been no doctors called in and the 92 year old was not moved to hospital, so we’re hoping it’s nothing serious. Her next scheduled appearances include a garden party in Edinburgh, Scotland, July 4th and an event to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force, July 10th.
