This weekend, there’s a HIGH probability that I have to do something pretty much EVERYONE experiences eventually…
A Road trip, with someone you’ve NEVER road-tripped-with before.

Got me to thinking… Who’s RULES become the LAW, then?

Does the DRIVER Pick the music?
Do we SPLIT the driving, or is it all on one person’s shoulders?
Is there an appointed SNACK CAPTAIN?
Can I PATENT the word SNACK CAPTAIN?
Do we play “party games” while we drive?
Do we stick to a rigid schedule, or meander and see things along the way?
WHO GETS TO PICK THE BATHROOM STOPS/FREQUENCY.

In an effort to DROP the anxiety level associated here, Tweet Your BEST #RoadTripRules to @KiSSOttawa for me, will ya?

Gonna try to compile a list, then present my co-pilot with a written copy so there’s no quibbling about it.

Also: bonus points for having a sentence where I got to use the word QUIBBLE, AMIRITE!?
