From Mr. Business Man…to Mr. Reality TV Star and now…Mr. President.

Tonight/early this morning, Donald Trump became the 45th President of the United States of America.

Here is the moment that CNN declared Trump to be the winner.

In his acceptance speech, Trump thanked his supporters and his family and graciously thanked Hillary Clinton for what he called “a very, very hard-fought campaign”.

Trump also preached unity and expressed a desire in bringing together what is undoubtedly a very divided nation, “Now it’s time for America to bind the wounds of division — have to get together. To all Republicans and Democrats and independents across this nation, I say it is time for us to come together as one united people.”

Donald also pledged to “be President for all Americans”. You can check out his full speech below.

Wednesday morning, Hillary Clinton finally spoke out publicly since losing the election in a speech where she expressed her disappointment saying, “this will hurt for a long time”, but she also called for Americans to unite and give Donald Trump a chance to lead the country. You can watch her full remarks below.

Needless to say, the reaction to Trump being elected President has been split, with his supporters being excited that change is coming to America,

While others have expressed real fear and concerns about a Trump presidency.

You knew that Hollywood would have its say when it comes to the election and they did not hold back. Chris Evans said it was an “embarrassing night for America”, while others preached unity after a particularly nasty campaign. Below are just some of the tweets from Hollywood.

Earlier today, celebrities and politicians, including out-going President Barack Obama took to polling stations to cast their vote for the 45th President of the United States, many for Hillary Clinton.

Trump is set to succeed President Barack Obama when he takes his oath of office on January 20th, 2017.

No matter how you feel about the election, one thing is for certain: we will all wake up tomorrow to a very different world, one in which Donald Trump is the President of the United States of America.

Let’s continue to pray for peace.
