Spanish-Language songs have always been catchy and really enjoyable to listen to, but 2017 has really seen them explode even more into the North America mainstream music scene, largely because of Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s ‘Despacito’; the most watched YouTube video in the streaming services history and one of the most streamed songs of all time.

Well, the creator of that song is looking for similar success on his new song as Luis Fonsi has teamed up with Demi Lovato for a new song called, ‘Echame La Culpa’!

On the new record, Demi sings in Spanish (watch a preview of that below) and needless to say it’s a sexy song.

During an interview with Univision last year, Luis Fonsi confirmed that he was working with Demi saying, “My next song is a collaboration with Demi Lovato, who is an international artist and there I stay on that same path and with the same desire to hear the whole world singing in Spanish. This song will be bilingual so it’s all about uniting cultures, uniting languages, and continuing to dance and have a great time.”

Both Luis Fonsi and Demi Lovato have had an impressive 2017. Fonsi’s ‘Despacito’ success has been well documented and Demi just saw her single, ‘Sorry, Not Sorry’ go double platinum!

I have to say that I think ‘Echame La Culpa’ has the makings of being bigger than ‘Despacito’. What a sexy song.

What do you think?
