Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are set to star in and be executive producers of a new series coming to Apple TV.

Aniston’s been sorely missed on our televisions since the finale of ‘Friends’ 14 years ago. Apple promises fans two seasons of the show which takes “an inside look at the lives of the people who help America wake up in the morning.”

The series is still untitled but it’s gotta be good as the iPhone creators immediately bought the project when it was being shopped around. Like… they didn’t even see a pilot before promising everyone two seasons… but, ‘no pressure’.

Reese Witherspoon’s HBO series “Big Little Lies” just won eight Emmys while Aniston hasn’t had a regular television gig since we said goodbye to Rachel Green back in 2004.

With no name and no date, the stakes are high but we know these two will deliver. Jay Carson from ‘House of Cards’ is also on deck to write, executive produce and contribute regularly to the series.
